If you are looking to warm yourself and spend some time out, then head to any of these ten restaurants for some great vegetarian soups.

White Flag Brasserie

At this restaurant you will receive great treatment and enjoy soups made with extra love. Aside from squash soup, minestrone, and vegetable soup with chicken, and corn chowder, you will adore their carrot soup with ginger. The soup (€4.50) is the restaurants specialty and is the perfect way to warm yourself on cold winter nights.

The restaurant is also a great place to get in from the cold winter afternoons, offering a buffet (€8.90) daily.  The buffet offers two soup options as well.

This restaurant offers wild mushroom soup (€7.95) daily, but if you are a tomato soup fan all you have to do is ask the chef and you will have it.

In the winter the chef also prepares other soups, offering a different one each day.

Green Foods

This is the place to be, if you love healthy foods!  Green Foods is known for its superfood sandwiches, but that is not all.  They also make organic soups, using fresh ingredients.

At Green foods, you will be able to select a variety of soups including, squash soup, carrot soup with ginger, Hippocrates’ soup with celery, parsley and leeks, as well as, tomato or beet soup. All the soups are sold at €3.90.

Nik’s Cafe Patisserie

At this small café, you will be able to taste great South African delights, and various soups.  You should try their well-known squash soup if you visit.  The café also offers broccoli soup with basil, mushroom soup, and potato and leek soup.  All the soups are €5 and are served with fresh-baked bread.

Simply Fresh

Here you will be served soups made with only the freshest ingredients, and everyone will find something to satisfy their appetites.

At Simply Fresh, you try their seafood soup (€4.50) and their vitamin-rich spinach and sundried tomato soup (€4).  These are just two options available at Simply Fresh.  All of their soups are served with parmesan croutons.

This café is known for its fresh and healthy food that is made with love.  In the winter, the café serves squash soup (€6) daily with fresh-baked bread.

Ousia

At the heart of Limassol’s Castle Square, Ousia promises a cosy atmosphere for a night out with friends and family, drinking wine and enjoy fresh warm soups.  You can enjoy fresh blended soups made from various ingredients such as squash, tomato, broccoli, mushrooms, and other vegetables.

Here you will also find traditional favourites, avgolemono and trachana.  There are two soups made each day and they are served as appetizers (€3.50) and as a main (€5).  The soup is accompanied by fresh bread from the Galette Artisan Bakery.

The soup of the day served at this café is made by Marios himself, using his own recipes and fresh ingredients.  His soup is always fresh and based on the ingredients he picks up at the market.  Some of the soups you will find include, carrot soup with ginger, sweet potato soup with squash, and broccoli and leek soup.  The soups are €2.50 for a small portion and €4 for a large.

This shop may specialise in sandwiches and salads, but during the winter months a large batch of the soup of the day is prepared.  Each day you will be able to try a different soup, based on the ingredients that the chef finds at the market.  Some of the options include, vegetable soup, chicken soup, and squash soup.  The soup is first come, first served, so make sure you get there early enough to buy some.
