A harvest festival ‘Poithigia’ is coming to the village of Koilani in the Limassol district on November 11 at 12:00, where guests will be able to taste local delicacies and sample great wines from the area.
Poithigia comes from a traditional celebration to honour the ancient Greek god of wine Dionysus. Poithigia means the opening of the wine barrels.
Guests will also be able to enjoy traditional dances, songs, and food at the event.
There will be kiosks at the festival, where guests can sample locally-produced wines and other products.
