Overview
The Pharos Arts Foundation presents a recital with the renowned guitarist Costas Cotsiolis. With a celebrated career spanning over 40 years and highly-acclaimed concerts and tours all over the world, Cotsiolis is justly recognized today as one of the greatest guitarists of our time.
Having appeared in some of the world’s most prestigious venues, he has collaborated with important orchestras and shared the stage with such legendary artists as Astor Piazzolla, John Williams, Jean-Jaques Kantorow and Stanley Jordan while many famed composers have dedicated works to him.
His recital in Cyprus, on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at The Shoe Factory, Nicosia at 20:30, is presented as part of and in collaboration with the 14th International Guitar Festival EGTA – Cyprus, and will include works by Leo Brouwer, Isaak Albeniz, Carlo Domeniconi and Mikis Theodorakis.
