Overview
Taste fresh strawberries, jams, and sweets at the 11th Strawberry Festival in Deryneia on May 25 starting at 19:00.
At the festival organised by the municipality, visitors are invited to taste the fresh fruit produced in the area, as well as, the fresh jams, sweets, and liqueur made from the strawberries.
There will also be a number of booths located and the festival set to take place at the ‘Anagennisis’ Stadium in the village. Visitors will also be able to see how strawberries are grown using hydroponics, taste strawberries and fresh strawberry ice cream at various kiosks, and buy products.
At the children’s corner, kids will be able to get their faces painted, make crafts, and play.
Greek musicians Triantafyllos and Imvrios will perform at the festival.
Entrance to the event is free.
