Overview
The village of Kato Pyrgos on Cyprus’ northwestern coast will be hosting it Fig and Chalitzi (a local cheese) Festival for the third time on August 16 and 17.
The festival is organised by the town’s council and The Youth Council of Tylliria. Visitors will be able to enjoy fresh figs and the cheese, as well as, other traditional products at various kiosks.
A number of items will also be for sale at the festival, making them the perfect delight for guests to take home with them.
There will also be a musical performance by Greek singers Sasa Basta, Nassos Karakostas, and Polina Christodoulou.
