Goofy
“To the woman he said and your desire shall be to your husband, and he shall rule over you.” – Genesis 3:16
‘Goofy’ in Hebrew means my body.
The piece, wants to raise a question mark on the meaning of this two words together, and check if we could really own our bodies.
In our modern reality, where people are often treating each other bodies with no compassion, it becomes even more relevant.
‘Goofy’, is an attempt of a body to realize the point it lost its innocence, and make the transition from an amorphous structure of bones and muscles, to a known image of a woman.
‘Goofy’ was premiered as part of Tel Aviv Dance Festival of Suzanne Dellal at August 2016.
Since then, the solo was invited to present at SIT theater (Las Palmas), 10sentidos
(Valencia), Tripspace (London), Unfolding Kafka festival (Bangkok), Dance days Chania (Greece), Garage21 (Greece), Safira Festival (Portugal), Aura Festival (Lithuania), as well as museums and theaters in Israel.

Unpack my true emotions,
Unwrap myself to be me,
A human animal created by nature”
“Ani-ma” premiered as part of “Shades of Dance” Festival 2015, at Suzanne Della, and won the first prize of the competition,
