Limassol is spending May 18th celebrating Europe Day with an event full of activities and surprises, so if you’re looking for fun afternoon outside the city center, here’s a cultural suggestion.
If you wish to find out more about what the E.U. is all about whilst indulging in ice cream and watching traditional dance performances, then head to Eirinis Square near the Cultural Centre of Agios Athanasios. The afternoon will be filled with music, presents and a cultural show of Cypriot dances by the Open School of Agiou Athanasiou Municipality, Russian dances, Chinese Costume Show and more.
Also within the framework of the event there will be photography, iconography, paintings, handicrafts, gardening and knitting exhibitions by the Open School of Agiou Athanasiou Municipality to feast your eyes on.
