On Saturday August 11, Nostalgia Party is coming to Ithaki beach in the town of Moni, to take you back in time to the 90s and 00s for a dance party that is sure to keep you on your feet all night.
A line-up of six local DJs will play an eclectic mix of high-quality 70s, 80s, 90s & 00s, ranging from Disco & House classics, to carefully-picked Electronic, Garage & Trip Hop favourites.
First up, from 20:00 until 23:00, DJs Claudio & Sofronis will groove us up with a set of 90s Trip Hop and Electronica as the sun sets over the sea, with DJ Marcos then warming up the dance floor with 70s & 80s Disco and Synth Pop classics until 01:00. Veteran DJ Manic Maik follows, taking the crowd on a journey through 90s/00s House classics until 03:00, with Markus Eden then spinning definitive UK Garage tracks until 04:30 and Aristodemos welcoming the new day with feet-stomping Electronic beats until 06:00.
With its unique location, hidden far off-the-beaten track in an abandoned fishing harbour on the Moni coastline, Ithaki Beach offers an alternative party destination like no other. With the dancefloor right by the sea, the beach just steps away, a blanket of stars in the sky above, and a tasty selection of food, cocktails, visuals and more, prepare to have all your weekend party needs met.

‘Nostalgia Parties’ is a series of retro-themed pop-up parties organised around Cyprus. Their aim is to take the audience on a nostalgic journey through the wonderful emotions of past dance culture, with an emphasis on carefully-selected, high-quality music. The parties are aimed at those who ‘experienced’ those decades, but also those curious to find out! Where possible they also combine the events with fundraising activities covering various legal charities in Cyprus.
