Overview
Pissouri will be hosting a Grapes Festival on August 11, where guests will be able to enjoy the fresh fruit grown locally in Cyprus.
Grapes are used to make many Cypriot delicacies, including soutzoukos, palouze, and kiofterka, which are all made from the must, which is mixed with flour and sugar to make a sweet delight.
The event will begin at 20:30 and entrance is €10 per person, with food and a drink included.
The village is hosting the festival in cooperation with the Education and Culture Ministry.
