Overview
Aiming to promote closer relationships between the Russian and Cypriot communities on the island, the Russian-Cypriot Festival is a two-day event that takes place at the Molos seafront area in Limassol.
Organised by the Russian Embassy in Cyprus, the Limassol Municipality and the Russian newspaper Advertiser, the programme of events includes an exhibition where more than seventy companies, both Russian and Cypriot, present their products.
Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy performances by Russian and Cypriot dancers, singers and musicians.
The second day is solely dedicated to children, with lots of entertainment and a final show where they can show off their creative skills. Activities include competitions, clowns and fireworks, and a dance party in the evening.
