Finland, Norway, Austria and Cyprus. Four countries and four musical traditions come together in this concert on October 25 in Paphos.
Works of two contemporaneous Finnish composers, Uuno Klami and Jean Sibelius (even though the latter is much more well-known than the former), Edward Grieg, the most famous Norwegian composer (even though he did have Scottish ancestry), Mozart (an Austrian to the bone with, however, Italian influences), and a Cypriot soprano (based, however, in London) will be performed.
