Overview
One of the sweetest festivals will be taking place in the village of Kakopetria in the Troodos Mountains on September 30, 2018.
The village will be hosting a festival of spoon sweets, which last year crew approximately 7,000 visitors to Kakopetria.
Guests will be able to sample all the different types of spoon produced locally in Cyprus during their visit to the festival.
Last year there were over 49 different types of spoon sweets for guests to try, and the same is expected this year for the homemade delights.
The festival will begin at 11:00 and will run until approximately 23:00.
There will be bands performing music throughout the day, and guests will be able to enjoy dancing to their hearts’ desire.
