Overview
In the village of Polemidia in the Limassol district stands Ayia Anastasia Church, which is actually two churches. The older church on the east side dates to the twelfth century and is a cross-in-square domed church.
The second church is from the fourteenth century. The interior surviving mural paintings date to the fourteenth, fifteenth and seventeenth centuries.
