Enjoy the views of the eighteenth-century Roman-style aqueduct in Larnaca during the day or night.
While no longer in use, the impressive aqueduct has over twenty well-preserved arches, which are strikingly illuminated at night. A cobbled area with benches and a footpath allows you to enjoy the site of this monument, with a path linking up with Larnaka Salt Lake.
The aqueduct was constructed by then-governor of Larnaca Bekir Pasha, and is a remnant of the Ottoman conquest of Cyprus.
