Overview
Located at the famous coastal resort of Ayios Tychonas in the Limassol district, the beach of Onisilos is a lovely coast comprised of fine, white sands and some pebbles. Its clean waters are shielded from winds by breakwaters.
Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas and water sports – including stand-up-paddle (SUP) – and a restaurant/café. There is a small amphitheatre and a coastal footpath, whilst the beach is popular for beach volleyball, beach tennis and sailing.
Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from April – October, 09:00 – 17:00, and until 18:00 during the summer season.
Access is easy by foot, bike, bus or car with car-parking available.
The beach also offers disabled access.
