Pantachou Beach

Beaches

Famagusta

Overview

This long, natural bay just east of the Ayia Napa port, is the longest strip in the region, stretching all the way to the Glyki Nero beach. The long, natural bay is covered in fine, golden sands and its crystal-clear waters are relatively calm.

Facilities on the beach include toilets, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas and water sports facilities, and visitors can find plenty of restaurants, bars and hotels in the area.

Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach in April, May, September and October, from 09:00 – 17:00, and in June, July and August, from 10:00 – 18:00.

Access is easy by foot, bike or car, and there are car-parking facilities.
