Overview

The Pharos Arts Foundation presents a recital with the fascinating German pianist Katharina Treutler on November 23 at 20:30.

Acclaimed for her “great sensitivity and brilliant dexterity” (Classic FM), Treutler is a prize winner in a number of competitions, including the International Piano Competition Luciano Luciani in Italy, the Chopin Society Prize and the International Brahms Competition, and she has performed all over the world with such orchestras as the London Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. Her recital in Nicosia coincides with the release of her new album, Beyond, and it will include works by J.S. Bach, Liszt, Franck and Prokofiev.
