Overview
Located in Ayios Athanasios in Limassol – Miami Beach is small in size but offers many facilities, as well as the relaxing view of athletes canoeing, sailing and dinghy training, thanks to the two nautical clubs with premises on the beach.
The coast of dark, grey sands and calm, clean waters sits in the heart of the city and is surrounded by restaurants and hotels. Breakwaters protect the sea from winds, although it can become wavy in the afternoon. The beach is adjacent to the more crowded Dasoudi Beach.
Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas and water sports.
Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from April – October, 09:00 – 17:00, and until 18:00 during the summer season.
Access is easy by foot, bike, bus or car with car-parking available.
The beach also offers disabled access.
