Just outside of Nicosia, you will find this new Cypriot tavern, which makes a Cypriot breakfast on the weekends. From 10am until 12pm on Saturday and Sunday the tavern serves a traditional Cypriot breakfast which includes: two fried eggs, two sausages, halloumi, toast, honey and butter, as well as coffee or tea (€6.50). You can also order an omelette of your liking (€6).

To Bakaliko tou Hapsi – Agros, Limassol
This comfortable, well-lit, stone-built tavern is perfect all year-round, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They have a veranda with a few tables that provide a view of the village. There are two breakfast options. The first Pomilorotiana includes: an egg, tomatoes, onion, halloumi, and toast. The second option, Boukoma, is perfect for two or more people and it includes: eggs, lountza, halloumi sautéed in commandaria, dried figs and honey, cheese, anari, bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, jams, butter, and toast.
The tavern is open from 8am on the weekends and is also a great option for lunch and dinner, serving meze and other dishes with a twist on Cypriot classics.

Potamos Tavern – Farmakas, Nicosia
Just outside of the village Farmakas you will find the small town of Kambi. Look for the tavern Potamos and you will be able to enjoy a traditional Cypriot breakfast (€10) on the weekend from 8:30am until 11am. Breakfast includes: fresh baked bread, locally grown tomatoes, cucumbers, sausages, eggs (boiled or fried), lountza, olives, grilled halloumi, jams, and anari cheese. The tavern also serves meze and souvla.

Stafilaris Coffee Shop – Lefkara, Larnaca
This is a traditional coffee shop housed in a stone-built building with a beautiful garden. Breakfast includes: coffee or tea, fresh bread, cheese, halloumi, bacon, Cypriot sausages, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, and eggs (€7).

Mrs Kika turned her home in the village to a place that serves organic breakfast from fresh produce from her garden. Kika’s Garden serves brunch from Thursday until Sunday from 9:30am until 2pm. Breakfast, which is made from items she cultivates, includes: fresh eggs, bread, vegetables, halloumi, anari cheese, figs, and other seasonal items. The garden has limited seating, so it is best to reserve a place a day in advance.

Aelia Wellness Retreat – Analiontas, Nicosia
Aelia is a well-known spa retreat destination that offers a variety of treatments and classes including yoga, Nordic walking, and a slow living academy.
