6 Great Options for a Night Out in Limassol
At a bar/restaurant you’ll go to eat good food but you will remain afterward to enjoy a drink or two, wine and of course cocktails. The following make up some of our favourites in Limassol.
Dionysus Mansion
A chic bar-resto with a beautiful verdant yard and a warm interior space in a contemporary decor that makes it even cosier with their use of stone and the fireplace. On weekdays one can enjoy lounge and house music while on Fridays and Saturdays there is a DJ in residence and the ante is upped with more upbeat tunes.
Resto: It serves Greek and Cypriot fusion cuisine like mushroom-stuffed ravioli, a graviera cheese sauce and truffle oil (€9).
Bar: The bar suggests a Dionysus Gin & Tonic made with celery bitters, fresh coriander and various other aromatics (€7).

This Time Out Eating Awards 2016 winner in the Café-Bar-Restaurant category is located in one of the architecturally most beautiful buildings on the Limassol beach front. Apart from the main space there is a big private space in the lower level with a fireplace, cosy sofas and big tables. On weekends they mainly organize various jazz events while on weekdays the atmosphere has more of a lounge feel.
Resto: The cuisine is modern Mediterranean fusion with dishes such as duck with berries and a wine sauce served with mash potatoes and vegetables (€19.70).
Bar: Enjoy a Do Whiskey Sour made with malt whiskey, wine and lemon (€9).

Gin Fish
You will find it in one of the floating buildings in the refurbished old port of Limassol in a bright white space with an elegant minimal decoration.
Resto: The kitchen serves fish and seafood in creative ways. Our favourite dish is the Our Way salmon served with a champagne sauce, caviar and rice (€18).
Bar: They specialise in Gin cocktails and suggest we have a try of the Ophir cocktail made with the very same brand name gin, tonic and spices (€11).

House Bar & Restaurant
It’s housed in an old manor with an imposing facade and a chic interior combining neoclassical aesthetics with modern decor. It organises various music events with DJ’s or live jazz.
Resto: Mediterranean cuisine in the form of sharing, that is plates that are placed in the middle of the table and everyone shares the food. Do try the burger trilogy: three different burgers served with breaded onions (€10.50).
Bar: The Alchemist cocktail is a hit. It’s made with gin, cardamom, fresh ginger, basil, pink grapefruit, cucumber, elderflower and tonic (€9).
