Carob is a common product of Cypriot gastronomy and in the olden days in Limassol it was made at this old carob mill which now hosts the Evagoras and Kathleen Lanitis Foundation. The cultural Foundation is a non-profit organization devoted to the arts and education with numerous exhibitions every year showcasing Cyprus’ artistic palette. The artwork stretches from natural environment, to paintings and fashion. With an aim to promote human achievements, the Foundation organises and sponsors cultural and educational events.
